"The place is very overpriced for what you get . There are issues with cleanliness and lots of insects. However staff is excellent, but the have no power to make decisions or give you a deal on anything. The bigger villas are out of date . The gym is pretty much useless . Save your money and stay somewhere else . "

However, the rooms are well-maintained, cleaned twice daily, and sprayed with eco-friendly repellent. During breakfast, ants can swarm tables and the buffet, so eat quickly. 2) Open Bathroom: The bathrooms have an open design, allowing a view of the stars while you shower. Though there’s a chance of encountering bugs, we never did. Store toiletries in the room to prevent monkeys...

"Great place to visit for a week! The staff was always on top of everything and the property is well kept and beutiful. My favorite part was going to the amazing breakfast and coming back to the room to go for a nice relaxing swim! In the evenings after dinner the jacuzzi with a drink was the perfect way to wind down each day!"

"Lovely 3 night stay with my Husband, we booked the vip suite to celebrate his birthday and Christmas and was well worth it. The room was really big with sofa, and large bed, tv is a little small for the size of the room. The bathroom is massive with a shower and jacuzzi bath. Breakfast was lovely , you may choose your meal from the set menu , and it’s on till 11am which is handy. Pools were lovely also. We had Christmas Eve dinner at the hotel which was very nice, reasonable price for...

"Photos looked amazing but actual property was aged 20 years and laid forgotten thereafter. There was only 1 reception staff around to cater to the entire premises (granted that I only saw two other couples stay around us). The room was large with two stories, however upon check-in, noticed that cleanliness was subpar (stains in glasses, bathtub not cleaned). Housekeeping was only once a day and two pax to clean the entire place (hence not possible to be thorough - and they only spent 15 mins)...
