"Room was very cute, staff was extremely kind. Food although was beautiful i found to be a little underwhelmimg when it came to execution. Few things about technique that i broight up when asked about my food, they came back saying that the way its done, now as a french trained chef i felt the need not let the man splaining slide. I know what appropriate technique is, amd if i hadnt repeatedly been pressed about why i didnt eat something i wouldnt have said anything. Food was plentiful, beautiful bit missing the mark a bit. I actually gk5 food poisoning during my stay when ordering grab and they were accommodating is bringing medicine to my door for me."

"We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff, especially the butler team (Risma, Walden & Jastin) were very friendly & attentive. The villa was clean & had a nice view. The way the property is laid out you have a lot of privacy. Unfortunately it rained for the 3 days we were there but the staff was great helping us arrange things to do & we order room service. The door was excellent. We also used the spa services which were very nice. Because to leave time to enjoy the spa facilities as well."

"The staff was wonderful & friendly. When we first arrived we thought the location & hotel looked wonderful but unfortunately the room didn’t work out for us. It was rainy season & it was extremely moldy & musty smelling. I had an asthma attack within only a few minutes of being in the room & had to leave. My daughter developed a very bad headache in a short time frame as well. The staff was very understanding & concerned & helped us with Expedia to refund our money. "
