"Great hotel "

"Issues we had with this "5-star" hotel: 1. The check-in process is laboriously slow; 4 people ahead of me and it took more than an hour to get through with 2 people handling checkin. Had to fill out the same personal information that was provided when I booked. Total waste of time. 2. The water in the shower did not drain - the slope was away from the drain 3. The cap around the water control for the shower was loose. 4. Water was not hot and had to call maintenance twice. 5. Coffee/tea was not stocked well and no black tea. 6. I booked an ocean front room and we were given a room overlooking the parking roof! Yes, if you step out on the balcony and look left, you can see the ocean! Total bait and switch."

"Most staff don’t speak English - very few. Have your translator app ready if you don’t speak Portuguese. "

"Localização excelente ,café da manhã honesto com muita variedade e estrutura muito boa ! Funcionários da recepção sem comunicação entre eles ! Renovei mais uma diária ,assinei o check in da nova diária e após,três funcionários vieram me incomodar no apartamento em tempos diferentes,informando que já tinha ultrapassado o horário de check out ! Fora isso estadia muito boa "

"Great place to spend your vacation, everything was clean and safe, great restaurants, gym and spa, friendly staff, safe beach and the neighborhood. Planning to return in the near future."

"Swimming pool is very small. It is across the road from the beach. The rooms are nicely air conditioned. Staff don’t have much of a personality. They are not bad but not great either. Overall reasonably clean. They have a feet sand washer in the front which is nice when you finish the beach before you get in the hotel. Breakfast is Brazilian continental nothing special but it will get you started for your day. Opens at 6.30am for breakfast. Generally speaking best to have lunch and dinner in a proper restaurant as you will be paying similar prices for better food. For the price you won’t complain as much but don’t expect more than a 3 star even though hotel is a 4 star. "

"On the plus side the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent, really top quality breakfast. On the downside there was no tea/coffee making facility in the room. Had to pay for a bottle of still water on check out. Nearly every other hotel I stay in would have complimentary water. The staff at the pool bar were not very friendly at all (maybe we caught them on a bad couple of days). "

"I have to wait over an hour for the check in. Stuff looking at you at all moments uncomfortable. And the area it’s around the beach to logic be shirt less. And I was told not to be when I was heading to my suit. "
