"Why pay more for a neighboring 300 sq.ft. Hotel room when you can have all the amenities of an apartment for less? The building is well-maintained and secure, the suite was immaculate. The location was an easy walk to my symposium at the College of the Physicians, and the area is beautiful with many excellent restaurants and shops! "Very special place. The first floor unit has 12 foot high ceilings and is decorated and furnished with style. Very airy and great natural light. Windows could use a wash but they offered great soundproofing. The vibe is 10/10 here. 2 bedroom downstairs were a bit noisy on a Sunday night, but much quieter on Monday night. Bring ear plugs and a sound machine for the kids just in case. Excellent location. Budget $45 per day for parking. The host is very responsive and attentive. Grocery store...

"Amazing location! Lots to do, busy streets! The biggest problem was finding parking, be ready to walk or pay 30-40 for overnight parking. We got lucky a couple of times finding street parking close to our stay. Our host was prompt communicating with issues, toilet wasn’t working when we first got there but was fixed promptly. Thank you! "

"Awesome spot near a ton of fun shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. Nicely decorated! Be aware there is no elevator. Fan and art in bathroom was quite dusty but overall the unit was clean. Bed super comfy! The door to the building didn’t latch/lock unless you pulled it shut so it would be good to tell all guests to make sure to do so. Bedroom is in back of building and was remarkably quiet! The door to the shared deck was unlocked when I checked in so be sure to check."
