"Me encantó el hotel, es muy íntimo y el cuarto muy limpio los servicios de comida muy buenos pero el único detalle fue que la llave del jacuzzi estaba algo deteriorada que casi no salía agua y fueron a regalarla. Cuando active las salidas del hidromasaje salió mucha basurita le comenté a la chica pero ya no me contestó. Sin embargo me parece muy bien lugar para descansar y disf6de la laguna y la tranquilidad que hay. Las vistas son muy hermosas"

"I highly recommend this hotel! It is beautiful! The staff including Kenia, Rigoberto, Domingo and everyone else were wonderful! Great food, pool and rooms! Private access to the lagoon! Very close to many things and taxis are easy to come by to get around! I look forward to coming back here one day! David"

"Very nice and quiet hotel. If you want peace, this is the place with no TV but excelent WiFi Breakfast is included and it is more than complete and delicious. Very good experience for me and my family. All personnel is very kind and in the restaurant the service is awesome."

"Don’t think twice about clicking on and reserving at MÍA Hotel and Resort! Excellent location and service! Our little family of 4 truly enjoyed our stay. While the lagoon and location are absolutely breathtaking, it is the people that made our experience so memorable and wonderful; especially, Andrea “Gong” (Reception); Daniel, Angel and Manuel (Hunab Ku Servers); Ignacio (Pontoon Tour Guide); Alondra (Sip and Paint); and Leydi (Reception). Hotel Buenavista Bacalar Jungle Experience

"Check in was quick and easy. Room was fine. Quiet and clean. Spacious and near the pool. Pool was very nice. Ben was great with information how to walk to the lagoon fifteen minutes away. Bring bug repellent. It is a jungle out there. Found the lake and had the place all to ourselves. Spectacular. Seven colours in the water easy to identify. Warm and fresh. Stairs made access into and out of the water easy. Nice little place to sit and enjoy the view. Marco, made us dinner. Very friendly and knowledgeable fellow. A great pasta based on his Italian roots. Prima 👍👍 Sitting by the fire was relaxing. Star gazing was easy and beautiful. Nice quiet room to sleep at night. Woken up by the bird calls. Breakfast was included and ok. Coffee needs work. No kayaks :( and water not quite as close as expected but still worth the walk."
