"We stayed at the room 5/1, the penthouse. It was one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in on my vacations through Europe. The view to Douro River and the most infamous brigade was stunning. The pictures of that room don’t do any justice. It was amazing. And they kept the room clean, organized for us every single day. It exceeded our expectation by far on every aspect of our Porto visit. The staff are so nice and polite. I would recommend the hotel and especially that room 10000% to anyone....

"The location of this place is excellent! It’s incredibly easy to get to all the main tourist attractions, with bus stops and metro stations just a short walk away. However, guests should note that there is no lift, so you will need to carry your luggage up the stairs. We also experienced two blackouts during our stay. Overall, a convenient spot if you don't mind the stairs!"

"The property was in a great location! Many restaurants and cafes, just outside the door, only a short walk (15min) to the river front. The room was fantastic, clean with plenty of space! Not a problem for us, but being a renovated older building, there is only stairs, no elevators - other travellers may need to know this. Otherwise a great place to stay in Porto!"
