"Nice, clean room (#116). Has a microwave, mini fridge with freezer, coffee maker, full size iron & ironing board & a blow dryer. It has shampoo, body wash & conditioner dispensers in the shower. The bodywash was broken. But I had my own. There was a handsoap dispenser as well as a lotion dispenser. The hand sink water took a while to get hot but it did get very hot. ALL the plugs for chargers, wall outlets & the lights did work. Could've used more lighting in the sink area cause the light around the mirror isn't very bright. And since there is no smoking in the rooms maybe have a few more ashtrays outside besides 1 for almost a dozen rooms or you're parking lot will also double as an ashtray. And also a DO NOT disturb sign would be great. Considering we weren't supposed to be bothered with room / maid service unless requested which I was woke up 2 different mornings asking if I needed anything. And the phone does not have an info sheet on it so you have to guess which # to press to reach the front desk. But overall it's a great place for a great price & very convenient to so many things. I would definitely stay at again."

"Enjoyed staying, Very clean and comfortable room.The river, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Nice clean Gym I hit every morning. Front desk, Bar tender, server, housekeeping ladies and the maintenance guy ALL very pleasant, polite and helpful. Good job guys !!! That was my second stay... I'll be back...."

"I've stayed at a BUNCH of different hotels in my almost 50 years, BUT this hotel is by far the WORST hotel I've stayed at. The front desk associates were all nice and helpful, but it's only so much they can do. The room wasn't clean, it had lady bugs and stink bugs everywhere! The walls had stuff all over them, the floor was filthy. I was given a handicap accessible bathroom, that had bugs in the tub. The breakfast area was also FILTHY, food all over the floor, sticky stuff on the floor. I would NOT recommend this hotel, let me not forget the train that kept coming through during the night. Hopefully I can upload the pictures I took."

"I mean honestly you get what you pay for, the room was clean as long as you don't mind roaches coming in from the AC. The staff was friendly and helpful. Its in a downtown location near several gas stations, stores and restaurants. "
