The place is ran by a loving family, who goes above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasent stay. They helped us book tours, gave us names of great local eats, and even allowed us to check out at 4pm so that we would have enough time to visit one more waterfall, come back to the hotel and shower before leaving. "This is a hidden Gem! Family owned and operated resort. The sweetest and most helpful people you would ever want to meet. The grounds and rooms are beautiful. I paid for an updated room and it was huge with a balcony with beautiful view. Excellent restaurant.They arranged a great snorkeling trip for me. I would suggest you take motion sickness pill before snorkeling adventure. The best snorkeling I've ever experienced and I've been to Great barrier reef"

"Pros - Gorgeous setting in a pretty garden with a lovely pool. Very peaceful with no traffic noise - great for light sleepers. If you need to head out sightseeing before breakfast time, they can provide a breakfast box. Our balcony was spacious and came with a drying rack which came in really handy. Staff are helpful. The bed only has sheets but if you request a blanket they provide one straight away. And it’s just a minute’s walk to the beach, and surrounded by cafes, laundry services and beauty therapy spas. Cons - We booked a standard twin room on Expedia 11 months in advance, and although the booking conditions stated a twin room wasn’t guaranteed, we were disappointed that with such a long booking period the hotel didn’t have any twins available. I tried to get a rollaway bed instead, as the Expedia advertisement said the room came with rollaway/extra beds for free, but the hotel said there was a charge for them. The Expedia ad also said the room had a minibar and electric kettle, but it did not. I don’t know if this is Expedia’s error or the hotel’s, but I mention it so people who do need a minibar, kettle or rollaway bed have realistic expectations. There was also a small hole in the door to the balcony which I stuffed with toilet paper so mosquitos couldn’t get in - that worked well, so if you get the same room as us you should try that."

"Favoloso hotel nella zona di Bedugul, ideale per visitare il tempio o per vedere le cascate. Molto curato ho giardino, con un divertente spettacolo di luci. Ottimo il ristorante, ci abbiamo mangiato ogni sera. Eccellente lo staff ed i consigli per visitare i dintorni con il driver consigliato. Le camere sono moderne, curate e dotate di tutti i comfort."
