"It’s a Hilton people already know the level and reputation.
I enjoyed my stay. The room was well equipped, bed was very comfortable, and those small touches like the coffee, microwave, and the two water bottles waiting for you… that hits, especially in the morning.
Staff was friendly and everything felt smooth overall.
Only thing is, it can get a bit pricey. They have a bar/restaurant inside, so if you’re cool spending $20–$30 on a meal, you’re good. Also, they say breakfast is included, but there’s like a $15 charge, so that part was a little confusing.
Other than that, I liked it and would recommend it.

Didn’t get maid service during my stay.
Came back to my room with dirty & wet towels on the floor and unmade beds. Front desk girl told me I was on “the list” and didn’t know why my room was not cleaned. Light bulbs not working, shower head coming out of the wall,
Dirty napkins on the floor behind the bed.
No sheet under the blanket…."

"The apartment was perfect to stay in and so close to the Riverfront area of Greenville. It was lovely and so very clean. We would defiantly stay there again.
The only thing that needs to be addressed is the thermostat needs to be lowered to maybe 70 for when it is warm outside it gets a little warm on the inside with it being set at 73. Also, the bedroom light and the closet light needs to be changed. The toilet was very loud. My husband thinks it could be due to low water pressure or maybe the fill valve is going out in the toilet. But the apartment was wonderful!!
