Lovely swimming pool. Breakfast ok but a bit boring, same every day. Friendly staff. Interior a bit tired but luxurious in its time. Could make better use of outside gardens - sun beds, umbrellas, chairs and tables. Room price is fair.

There was a good choice of menus for lunch and dinner and plenty of choice for breakfast all cooked to a high standard. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The only downfall was in the spa area where the steam room was not open and the jacuzzi stopped working on my third day there. Other than that it was so good to be able to use the other facilities. The hotel is also located in a superb setting and is so peaceful!

Breakfast was lovely, range of options to choose from, room was very clean and staff were very friendly. Our room itself was very nice with beds, sofa, relaxing armchair by the window to enjoy the view. The restaurant food was so good and again the staff were very friendly. We will definitely return.

It was our second stay at the hotel. As a family of four we loved every minute there. Our accommodation, studio, was perfect, with separate bedroom for our children. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. We also went swimming at a beautiful relaxing spa area. We decided not to have a dinner there this time as we found it expensive and with limited healthy options (e.g. no salad as main). Apart from that it's our favourite hotel in Wales. We highly recommend it to other families.

We had a warm welcome, good information upon arrival and we paid a very enjoyable visit to the indoor pool and spa. The lady in the spa was very helpful and did not put any pressure on us to leave though it was the last hour. Disappointed we could not wear flip flops into pool area - always afraid of slipping, Pool and jacuzzi excellent and very clean.. Good variety of food at dinner and reasonably priced. Lovely comfy room , a little dated but very comfortable. Breakfast lots of choice. Overall very good value
