"if you are a foodie, do NOT stay here. this is the worst resort food i’ve ever had. everything was cold and the steak was grey and we were told after food came out that they were “unable to be cooked less than medium” looked very oxidized. reservations are required and the food is just bad.
the staff was not very nice. i asked how to find our room and was given attitude by the woman who checked us in. we were given no information about the island or resort at all.
the pool says heated but was very cold. the music is only oldies all the time. the cave on site is pretty cool. the view from the resort is beautiful. be prepared to do a lot of walking/stairs to and from the pool or beach. we were placed in the farthest building. additionally, be aware that it is loud with construction blaring right outside the resort. if you are a light sleeper, i wouldn’t recommend.
the resort is far away from the dockyard. i was told not to go there because it was too far and then later researched that there is a ferry i could have taken.
bermuda is beautiful but you could not pay me to stay here again."
