This is a beautiful property overlooking the valley, and the bungalow had such a nice setup for a family wirh 2 kids. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, but notably the setup is to contact them through WhatsApp, with availability from morning to evening - so it’s not immediate or 24 hour ...

We loved our stay at Chachagua! The room was beautiful and we felt immersed in the rainforest, while relaxing in luxery accomodations. The staff was amazing, the hot springs and river slide were definite highlights. Highly recommend and would say that it's worth the drive.
