"The restaurant leaves much to be desired. My steak was on the tough side and at least 1/3 was fat. As far as the breakfast buffet, that was even worse. The place was understaffed, you literally have to get up and chase down a waiter to order your eggs which once they arrive are stone cold. The bread products everyday are stale, dry and tough In short the hotel’s gastronomy is very disappointing experience right down to the wobbly, useless bamboo prongs at the breakfast buffet. "

The air conditioner was in a vwry poor condition and dirty. Very poor breakfast options. Elevator needs attention. Advertised as a 4 star hotel for Europe standard,, but at best, it would be a 2 star hotel for Europe standard. Not recommended"

"Wonderful hotel, warm and welcoming. Room and bed very comfortable and perfect spot for walking to all the major spots in Segovia. Easy parking option. Breakfast room and bar lovely with a good selection. Very happy overall. "
