One tip if you book through hotels.com the messaging isn’t really looked at, I would recommend finding their number to message on WhatsApp, it was easy to get responses that way."

"We had a family room for 5. It was a bit tight but it worked for us. The large balcony provided extra living space and we made it work. We stayed 4 nights at the end of our 3 weeks in Bali. We just wanted a rest spoke where relaxing was the focus. My kids are 12 10 and 7 they enjoyed the pool slide and resort run pool side activities. We didn't use kids club. There were a lot of families and a lot of Aussie drinking. There is a small adults only section that was very quiet and good to relax away from all the noise of families but not to far away. Food options were good. We liked the Irish pub. We also had a photo shoot and were very happy with the photos. We walked to shopping centre and to the beach and along the waterfront."

The staff were all brilliant and we slept amazingly well. We would definitely recommend the resort to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Ubud."
