"Staff was helpful and so nice when we had an issue trying to get an Uber. They helped us get another driver and were friendly and kept us company while waiting. Great staff and a pleasure to stay with!"

"So, here's the list: 1. The floors were sticky, which left my black socks dingy at the bottom. 2. The toilet flushes violently, with the water splashing back on you. 3. The shower was spraying both in the front and the back. It left water bubbles on the ceiling. 4. The towels had pubic hairs in them...they were sitting dry. 5. Even though they have a no smoking sign, you can tell(if you're not a smoker) that someone smokes near or in the room. 6. Sketchy people walking around the building and lingering around was annoying to see. 7. The pool wasn't clean and was full of debris. 8. The sheets on the bed "seemed" okay, but lots of hair underneath and near the headboard. Also, "black" ink-type spots may be an indicator of bedbugs. The staff was okay, but I get the vibe they are collecting a check. Very understandable given the state of the building."

"Booked this last minute to visit my daughter who is a sailor in the navy. This was one of the more economical places I looked at and I was a little worried about how nice it would be. There is plenty of parking and the woman at the front desk was very upbeat and welcoming. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and they have little kitchens which if I were staying more than 1 night I might have used. The shower was great and the ac was cold. They have a very comfortable recliner which was nice to plop down on after my drive. Would totally stay here again."

"From the friendly and helpful check in experience to the well lit free parking on property our overnight stay while in Hampton VA for a concert was wonderful. We were an easy 5 minute walk to the Colosseum. Our room (Rm 221) was spacious, clean, quiet, and had the most comfortable king bed. My husband and I will definitely be back!"
