"Had airport shuttle, food at the bar was good, friendly stuff and in proximity to restaurants and stores. Will stay there again."

"Upon arriving at the hotel, the outside was very pretty, and seemed like a nice neighborhood. They had continental breakfast, which was nice. The only issue we had was the eating are and table/chairs were so close together, we had a toughIt was only a 7 minute drive to the Hershey experience. "

"Very clean room but it was next to a parking lot where the dumpster was located. Trash pickup occurred at 4:00 am right outside our window. Breakfast was nice. Easy, convenient parking and a variety of shopping and restaurants a short drive from the hotel at The Crossings."

"This property was okay. Communication was poor. I had a previous reservation made in January. The resort called me the Wednesday before my reservation to cancel due to water pipe issues. But for some reason, I was able to reserve again 3 days later. I requested early check out, got to the resort an hour before check in and was told my room wasn’t available. Received a message 45 min after tried to check in that stating early check in was available. Checked in after 9:30 PM, was told I could request late check out up to 2 hrs. I requested late check out and was told I could only get a 30 min extension. Again, communication is poor and continuity doesn’t exist. My room was fine but I wouldn’t choose this location for any future travel to Lancaster. "

"Good, clean rooms. I was delighted to have a recliner in my room! Friendly, helpful staff."

"The pool was down for maintenance and I was not informed when I booked. This may have been Expedia’s fault. Free breakfast was advertised but for some reason this was not a part of my room package. The hallways smelled like marijuana and the room smelled cheesy. I listed 4 people for my room but they only gave me 3 towels and when I asked for more I was informed that they ran out."

"Hotel use to be a Sleep Inn, now in transition to different hotel company. Everything worked as it should in my room, Room was very clean, albeit starting to show it's use. Breakfast was included, very basic. I was able to get a good night's rest do to a very comfy mattress and my room being very quiet."
