"Hood, dirty"

"This is a great location. Very walkable to downtown restaurants and breweries. The staff was amazing. They cleaned the room everyday even though I didn’t really require it. Grandpa (me) messed up and didn’t book the room for my full stay. So when on my last day in the Springs I could not get the elevator to work I had to go to the lobby and learn that I only paid for 3 days not the 4 I thought I booked. Luckily it was not sold out and they made it easy for me to stay another night. I will stay here whenever I return. "

"We were in room 259 and really wish they had warned us that people taking the stairs could see right into our windows even with the shades down. Blackout shades are needed to not have random people peek in on you. Saw some trash throughout the interior floor, and it feels like a whole different clientele is there now from 5-7 years ago. The pool is large which we love, but that fan in there is just too loud. Breakfast could be elevated but is good and free. "

"Main reason we picked this hotel was for the indoor pool and it was closed . We had to walk across the parking lot to a sister hotel."

"They just opened but they nickel and dime you for everything. Late checkout was $40. You can only connect two devices to Wi-Fi or there’s a fee. They will wash towels and wash rags once every 14 - yes 14- days or there’s a fee. There’s no hairdryer, shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, anything extra in the room except a small bar of soap. The gym has nothing in there except 3 pieces of equipment. If you just need a bed with absolutely no amenities- this is your spot. Otherwise be prepared to start adding on fees "
