"It’s a very nice place and very well located, but the experience i had with the administration staff was the worst, I chose a place where it would be suitable for 4 people to stay as it was mentioned in the description of the place because i was over there for work and my guests were my photographer and my stylist, at first the staff asked me the information from my guests and the day after they came and said my booking was only made for 1 person when I booked a place suitable for 4 people, they also mentioned about rules that does not show in the Rules & polices of the place, such as “No visitors allowed” and in the VG Sun condominium did not indeed have this rule because in the place there were papers with the rules printed and none of them mentioned about (NO VISITORS ALLOWED) this was a rule which they only mentioned when the booking was paid and confirmed and which indeed was not even real, it was made up rule by them, not the condominium itself, They didn’t want to understand the situation and wanted extra money for my guests per night that they would stay, I was forced to pay extra $300 for my photographer and stylist to come work because I didn’t have the patience to deal with people who just wanted to stork more money out of their guests, It was frustrating to deal with them and It made my experience be very difficult because I planned this trip very well so nothing would go wrong, It’s indeed a beautiful place to stay and peaceful but I wouldn’t book with Diego flat"
