I love that this property is walking distance from Skaha Lake. The courtyard at night is a wonderful area to sit and enjoy the warm evenings and have a meal.
Older motel very clean great location. Nice BBQ area and great staff. I have stayed at more expensive hotels in Penticton now I wonder why. My new go to motel in Penticton.
Having been evacuated from Summerland due to the fire, my stay was very comfortable ie:
Comfy beds , air conditioning, and close to the park and excellent staff all around.
Difficult time to be traveling through a fire ravaged area, but the clean, spacious room and the friendly staff were above what I expected.
I hope to stay again in better times...
The checkin process was easy.. The lady who greeted me was very friendly and knowledgeable about the goings on around town.. The room had 2 queen beds and a hideabed with kitchenette and was quite spacious, the only thing was the bathroom was very tiny with no space to put your stuff.. close to the beach a 5 minute walk.. I would stay again..
Nice rooms for a great price, dog friendly and clean! Staff goes above and beyond to care for their guests, highly recommend this cute spot! Close to the beach too!
This is a great little motel with convinent access to Skaha beach. It has a wonderful courtyard area with Ponderosa pines, where people can sit and enjoy the space outside their rooms. Our room was a studio on the ground floor with a kitchenette. Perfect for my wife and I. The only drawback was the mattress could use and up grade and the head of the bed was slightly lower than the foot.
Room was dated, could use updating. For the price I paid, I was very happy with the room. We really enjoyed sitting in the centre courtyard in the late evening.
Good sized studio room with a small but adequate AC. Nice to have a fold out couch & dining table w/3 chairs. No pots & pans or kettle for cooking in the kitchenette but just ask for them. Location near Skaha is great for kids.

Clean room | Staff | Shops nearby | Air conditioning And hearing was great. Car charging convenience across the street. Will stay again!
Clean rooms which is my number one priority with any accommodation so very happy.
Walking distance to Skaha beach which is great. It was pretty quiet so easy to sleep.
Only 2 towels provided which happens in lots of places which I never understand as people with long hair need more then one towel. Kitchen as missing some necessities (oven mitts, lids for pots ect). 2 well maintained bbqs but only one set of bbq tools which proved difficult.
Parking proves to difficult as sometimes lot was full. Don’t know if there was not enough stalls for units. Or if people had multiple vehicles.
All and all loved it and would stay again

Our stay was very okay. Immediately my kids noticed a hole in the sofa cushion, and then found a half a lemon inside the fridge. The complimentary toiletries in the bathroom had toothpaste or something on them from the previous guests, I assume. I understand it is Penticton so the prices are high but honestly for $250 and $280 for a Friday and Saturday night it felt a bit steep. Also watch out the shower curtain also does not actually keep the water in and your floor will be soaked. I was glad to have an air conditioned room at the end of the day as we spent most of our time at a baseball tourney and the beach but this is definitely not a "nice" spot. Very dated and kind of grubby but a place to sleep nonetheless.
Great to have a kitchen, property is close to the lake and courtyard area is nice. Room was not very clean. Blood on a wall, dead flies in the light fixtures and floor was very stained and could use a real good scrub. This is budget but with a real good scrub up the room could be so much better.
