"We left and they didn’t refund us. No AC. Music and events until 4:00AM on two nights. We were exhausted and asked for a refund for the remaining nights because we needed to rest. They approved verbally and rejected the Expedia refund."

"I reserved two rooms, one room had non-functioning air-conditioning and the temperatures were above 93°F. We ended up only using one room, but the staff required that we pay for both rooms even though I try to cancel and contact Expedia."
