"No housekeeping service for 3 days, no fresh towels no cleanup no bed preparation no cleaning, no nothing!!!. Key wouldn't work in the door. No basic s like shampoo, lotion and soap was a little bar. The parking lot was so small it was drivers training just to pull out after parking. The bathroom door got stuck on the floor tiles and wouldn't fully open."

"The property was beautiful, stayed a night in cottage - 24, it has 2 queen beds a comfortable couch and sitting chair , coffee table and 4 chair and table dinette. The cottage has plenty of room, 2 flat screen tvs, heater and air worked great! Nice grounds to walk around and friendly staff. Close to town for restaurants. Excellent choice for a stay in Clearlake !"

There were lots of tiny bugs crawling on the floor and tv stand, pretty sure they were baby cockroaches as we did kill a big one crawling up the wall! "On my first night there the phone started ringing in the room at 12 o’clock midnight. It rang over six times between midnight and 430. I did call the office at 2:30 and got the answering service. At 4:30 I finally realized I should unplug the phone. I spoke to the office on Saturday morning and was told that it had happened once before. I spoke to the office this morning when I was checking out and said that no one from management had called me on my cell phone. She said that they were aware...
