"This is a beautiful and peaceful hotel with excellent customer service. I have nothing bad to say about it. It excedeed my expectations. There is a lof of flexibility to have breakfast as there is no limited schedule same as the other services like the sauna, jacuzzi and turco which are opened 24/7. Highly recommeded."

"The staff was really friendly and helpful even though there was a slight language barrier. The hotel is situated walking distance to the malls, endless restaurants and bars. There were two equipment breakdowns that could have impacted our stay but was resolved rather quickly with endless apologies. The only downside was the suite didn't have a microwave so I has to ask the staff to reheat food. Overall it was a pleasant exprerience with the hotel, staff and amenities. I will definitely visit again!"

"The room itself was better than expected with the exception of a broken desk chair that left you sitting lopsided. It was equipped with coffee maker, fridge, stove and iron. The sliding door to the balcony provides minimal soundproofing which due to the location of the hotel, made it impossible to sleep. Road noise was constant throughout the night."

"The receptionist was friendly. The room was clean but had no air conditioning so thats why Im giving 4 stars. The night got really humid. Breakfast was delicious. They have a dog and a cat which I love to see establishments being kind to animals. They also have a convenient store right next to the hotel that was definitely a plus."
