"Beautiful hotel with very nice rooms, wonderful finishes, and spectacular views over Gjirokastër and the valley. The main drawback is the hilltop location: walking to and from the Old Town is extremely steep, so you will likely rely on taxis, which adds some friction if you want to explore frequently. The staff are friendly and genuinely helpful, though service can feel somewhat unpolished. The food is okay, but I found the restaurants in the Old Town much better. Overall, a lovely place to stay if you prioritize views and hotel quality over easy access to town."

"Great service and a great location, you wake up to such a beautiful view! I arrived close to midnight, and they asked me if I had eaten. They were even ready to cook something for me! 5 stars, will definitely recommend!"

"Lovely front desk lady and everyone who works there. Nice cosy room clean and has all what you need . Breakfast it’s great local food coffee tea . It’s located very close to everything. Room was good for 1 night stay as bathroom a bit tight ."

"L'hôtel est super. La chambre était très belle et propre. Probablement l'hôtel avec la plus belle vue. Deux points à améliorer. 1- Il n'y a pas de stationnement donc l'accès avec les valises vers l'hôtel est très compliqué 2-Avoir des cafés Espreso et Cappuccino dans le déjeuner"
