"The property was perfectly located and very thoughtful put together. It was extremely clean and has an adorable small garden. Tom is the owner and lives right next door. He’s very friendly and nice. We liked it so much we booked to stay for another week. Highly recommended! "

"We only stayed one night here, but it is handy to some of the best places to see in West Cornwall and also is a two-minute drive from a beautiful beach. Our apartment was basic, no-frills but clean and perfectly adequate for a family spending most of its time outside. Actually, even if we'd stayed in, the place would have been fine for hanging out. It also has laundry facilities downstairs."

"What an amazing place! Set in beautiful gardens and full of wildlife! Beautiful accommodation and so nice to be able to walk around all the gardens! The Japanese garden was our favourite! Also the cakes and coffee in the cafe are lovely! "

"Great place. The only negative was that the shower wasn't hot enough and the window in the shower didn't have a blind for extra privacy."

"It is so peaceful! What i loved is that you are so close to the 3 miles of golden sands if you follow the backroad which helps you avoid the mainstream traffic. The property doesn't state it but there is a second toilet in an outhouse and your own private seating area to have dinner in the sun is wonderful. "

"It was a fantastic property with 5 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen diner and 3 toilets with 2 baths in them. The sea view from kitchen, lounges and bedrooms are so beautiful. "

"Excellent property. Everything feels new - solid wooden internal doors, downstairs wet room, spacious kitchen/diner, bi-fold doors to patio and garden...We were 4 couples and thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights. It's about a 10 min walk to the town. You need to cross the road to get to a path - as it's on a bend visibility isn't great so it can be a bit hairy - if you're planning on staying with kids you'll need to be extra careful. Overall I highly recommend this property."
