The staff was pleasant but that hotel definitely needs some upgrading.Holes and cracks and the mattress literally felt springs in it. The pictures are very deceptive.

The front desk was very welcoming. I arrived very early and they tried to accommodate me ASAP. Happy hour was a nice extra. Breakfast was great. Very close to the Univ of Delaware. I have stayed there twice.
