"This is possibly the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The room was dated, dusty /dirty. The whole hotel was dark and dingy and looked empty of any guests. The musty smell the minute you walked in the entrance door was overpowering. I was emailed to inform me the lift was broken so I requested before arriving a low floor as have mobility issues. They confirmed this would be granted. I would like to make others with mobility issues aware that there are still 2 sets of stairs to navigate to...

"This was our second stay with Greg and Sue. You could not ask for more amenable hosts. The rooms are beautifully decorated. The beds are so comfortable! And the breakfast is delicious. You have not had good haggis until you try theirs, which is delivered fresh daily from the local butcher. Best of all, they are the kindest hosts. We won't stay anywhere else when visiting Pitlochry."
