Showed up late, they had cancelled my reservation. They took me in but still charged me the cancellation fee, and more per night than the original booking fee... Very limited outlets in the room and WiFi very weak. Desk staff absent much of the time.

Le point le plus négatif : l’accueil ! Le réceptionniste en veut à Booking, le réceptionniste me fait porter le lit parapluie il ne propose aucune aide… Sans parler de l’absence TOTALE de sourire ! Nous avons été satisfait en revanche par les services de qualité !

2 chambres ont été réservées pour le samedi au dimanche - trés mauvais indication de l hotel, pas de panneau indicateur, pratiquement caché dans une pauvre zone artisanale - quand aux chambres, dans l'une, une araignée qui se promene au plafond et la seconde, toile d araignée sur une des appliques murale et l'une des ampoules de grillée...moyen moyen tout çà...

L'accueil avec unnmanque enthousiasme pas de sourire quelle dommage... Les chambres petite l'ouverture de la porte et hop le lit un simple lavabo. Salle de bain wc dans le couloir et le pompom les serviettes payantes le prix 54e et on paye en plus. Je le recommande pas propreté on repassera pas. Dommage
