"Henkilökunnan englanninkielentaito oli vaihtelevaa mutta useimmat henkilöt olivat ystävällisiä. Sängyt oli kovat ja huone pieni, kylpyhuone oli siisti ja isohko. Huone siivottiin hyvin joka päivä. Huoneen tv oli todella pieni ja vain kahdelta kanavalta tuli englanninkielistä ohjelmaa eli uutisia (BBC ja NBC). Huoneessa oli parveke sisäpihalle.
