"Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our rooms were big, clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely, healthy options too! Loved the hotel, quirky but renovated and so convenienr for the harbour. It is on a hill but we didn't mind that. "
"Our only complaint was that we had booked a room with a sea view but didn’t get one. When we raised this the hotel said they would have one available for us the next day. They were true to their word but we didn’t like the room so ended up staying where we were. The hotel was lovely, breakfast fabulous and the staff were all amazing and so friendly. Evening meal was good and the correct selection of options for the amount of people eating in. There are a huge selection of restaurant's and pubs serving food nearby. Check out at 10-30am is a little too early. 11am at the earliest would have suited better."
