Parking was easy and safe. Staff was friendly, helpful, and available. It was freezing (snow storm) in Petoskey during our stay, the room was warm and comfortable. The pool was a great way to keep the kids entertained when we were snowed in.

This is an older hotel that has had some cosmetic updates. The room wa comfortable but the bathroom is tiny. It is close to plenty of shopping and dining options and farther away from the main traffic in town.

The staff was nice! We had to level the refrigerator legs. On one night of our stay we had workmen who were staying at the motel using loud fowl language right outside our room for a couple of hours. The in room phone was broken. Pool was nice.

The room was very clean and had just what we needed - nice beds, hot shower, microwave and fridge, and coffee :). I'd stay there again. Staff at the front desk were very friendly also.

The staff was friendly which was good. But they had way too many flies and the room was clearly not kept clean for example . The coffee maker in the room that I was staying at was dirty and the shower had hair in it.

Comfortable stay.

The staff was awesome! They allowed me to have a late check out since I was staying for a morning half marathon. The bed was very firm which I was not a fan of, but cozy pillows. Room was clean, but when I went to take a bath after my run- I had to pre-clean areas that got overlooked.
