"A very rustic accommodation, really enjoyed the fire and being in the forest. A little rough around the edges (marks on sheets, dirty kettle in the kitchen, bathroom in need of an upgrade) but if you value atmosphere and a camping feel worth a stay."

"I put a note of 4, not 5… Because I stopped twice at this hôtel during my stay. First time was excellent, I met the manager. Second time 5 days after, was ok… Spa need some improvement and clean the steam room… the hot tub was not working… and may be change the girl there, slamming doors while you ..."

"Great lodge with friendly, helpful staff. Located in a small town with lots of dining options and close to the national park. I suggest you pre pay. They had us pay in chilean pesos, which resulted un a big tax that we could have avoided by pre paying in US dollars."
