"Spectacular , not enough words to describe how amazing this place is. The place is beautiful, confortable, and the views are priceless! The staff is super nice, helpful and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and taken care of all the time and the host is attentive and responsive to make sure you have the best experience ."

"The rooms are nice and clean. However, if you have room that face the street, it is very noisy starting at 5:30am. It well insulated if you sleep with the windows closed. Breakfast is ok. Friendly staff."

"A great hotel in a fantastic location with a lovely pool. The hotel was spotlessly clean and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful."

"I liked everything, view, cleanness, architecture, parking, breakfast etc."

"The staff were so helpful, the breakfasts were amazing and all the facilities were very good. There is a bubble pool, sauna, relaxation rooms and various massages that can be booked. I had the singing bowls massage it was superb."

"Everything was fantastic! We had a wonderful time 💕"

"Great hotel! I stayed here with my dad during the Oceanman event. The location is perfect, as it's only a few meters from the start area of the Half Oceanman race. We received a very warm welcome, and all the staff were exceptionally friendly. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The pizza was delicious, light, and well prepared. "No air conditioning but the staff was able to get us a fan which helped a lot. It’s an older building but fits the general vibe of the town. Overall, was fine for our stay in Orta."

"The location was great, and the staff were amazing :)"

"The location is nice, but we were disappointed. Contrary to what we expected and what was mentioned, there was no free wifi (there was no wifi at all!), the parking was 1.3 km away and this was not a hotel but a series of appartements. The one we got was not the one we rented! And at the end, it was extremely overpriced for what we got. To be avoided!"

"I loved the lakefront location and room with a view. Both the train station and bus stop are very convenient, my only disappointment was that boat service is suspended until April of 2027."

"Very nice hotel"

"Great hotel with free parking. Lovely position on the lake with very friendly staff"

"pick up from airport and drop off great breakfast , amazing room didn’t had to wait at all top notch service"

"This hotel is exceptional. The location is perfect. There are two beautiful pool areas, one on the rooftop, the other on the lake. I highly recommend and will definitely be back."
