"The staff at this hotel, both Reception and at Breakfast, were excellent. Very friendly and willing to assist when required. This hotel is so well located in the centre of Oberstdorf. You could not ask for better. We had a large bedroom with an excellent shower and toilet facility. Nevertheless, two areas to point out. "The 4star rating must be a mistake even though we a lot per night to stay at the hotel. 1.We had a neighbour who watched tv at 11pm so loud that we could every word like it was in our room. Went to the reception but there was nobody on duty. Wentbto knock on the neighbour's door without any success.. not a nice experience when you waht to sleep. 2. The bathroom in the standard double room was extremely small and the shower would have been a perfect fit for a motel next to a highway. For a "4...

"Everyone was incredibly friendly. The dinner menu was absolutely delicious. Breakfast was wonderful. "

"Beautiful location right by the lake. The apartment is tastefully furnished with great amenities, and the host’s communication was excellent. Plenty of fantastic food options nearby as well. The only minor downside was the kitchen lighting (a bit dim) and the number of unused light switches, which made it tricky to figure out which ones actually worked."
