"Beautiful property to stay at. The grounds are very well maintained. Beautiful pool (unheated but nice and cool on a hot day!). Wonderful coffee shop. Very nice restaurant (I used for breakfasts). The architecture of the newer buildings (restaurant, coffee shop, tea house) is really nice and modern and fits wonderfully in with the rustic feel and look of the old tobacco barns. "This was a beautiful resort but what makes It so exceptional are the kind and caring staff. The location is about 10 mins away from city area or about a 30 min walk which wasn’t bad. It’s safe so you can explore how you like It! I will def stay here again if I come back to Chiang Mai no hesitations. "

"Our stay did not start well: bedsheet was shorter than the bed, wind blowing onto face when sleeping, lamp out-of-order. We left comment with Hotel.com’s check-in survey online before we went for breakfast. Oat found us, inquired our problems & fixed everything before we returned to the Hotel in the evening. That improved overall ranking fr 2 to 5."
