"This is a nice resort although could do with some improvements considering it is quite a costly hotel compared to others in Vang Vieng... nothing bad but little details ... like better choice of pillows (very bulky so good to provide and flat ones too), more prompt action when water suddenly did not work at all, more options for breakfast, bicycles should be free for guests given the distance from town centre ... the resort is nice and room spacious and clean but the above suggestions would be...

We were given a free upgrade upon arrival from the hotel manager who was amazing. Made us feel very welcome, if I’m ever back in VangVieng this is the place I’ll be staying."
