밤 9시30 분에 예약된 숙소에 도착했는데, 이 숙소 주인이익스피디아에서 연락이 없었다고 1시간 넘게 말도 통하지 않는 상태에서 숙소 배정을 거부당함. 마침 그 숙소에서 식당을 운영하는 한국인의 도움으로 당일은 내가 별도로 숙소비용을 지급하는 조건으로 입실함. 다음날 오전 12시 넘어서 익스피디아에서 메일이 왔고, 그 메일을 보여주니 또 한참동안 확인하고 입실함. 전날밤 묶은 방이 도로변이라 좀 시끄러워서 방을 바꾸었는데, 바퀴벌레가 너무 많이 많아, 결국 창문도 없는 숙소에서 편하게 지내고 왔음. 선택을 잘못한 나를 원망하면서!

Nada recomendable, súper sucio

Nada que ver con las fotos en web, el lugar es asqueroso. En recepción nadie sabe hablar otro idioma que no sea Vietnamita. La habitación es vomitiba, todo sucio con cucarachas y lleno de polvo de hace mil años, la cama y las cortinas rotas, para ducharte tenías un cubo y un cazo (rollo prehistórico). Tendrían que cerrar el hotel, no es nada saludable. Hemos pasado la peor noche de nuestra vida.

Great except for a misunderstanding

When we got there the receptionist (who barely spoke any english at all) had no idea that we had booked the hotel through hotels.com. This made the process to check in quite long. We had already paid as well which he didnt understand at the end of the trip. Other than that everything was great.

Great resort and amazing staff

Hotel was clean and in a great location, in between both the westernised area and the local area. Close to all the tourist attractions. The staff were very helpful and organised everything for us as we sat with them and drank tea. Great price for value and would stay there again!
