"Room was great. Spacious and modern with excellent AC. Hotel grounds were well kept and pretty. Breakfast options were plentiful. We only stayed a night due to flight changes but would consider returning."

"Wonderful staff, large villas, great views The state of the property however is quite tired and in need of updating. The paths, gardens, lighting, buggies, tennis court, almost everything is very used up. Food was generally quite good Too many kids and it could be useful for them to offer segregated seating for families and couples to ensure everyone is happy. Generally enjoyable stay except for the state of the property."

"We had a truly wonderful stay at Moracea Resort and are already looking forward to returning. We traveled with our three-year-old, and while there weren’t many young children at the resort, we consistently felt welcomed. Every staff member we encountered was kind and accommodating, which made a big difference for our family. The service was exceptional throughout our stay. The team went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, and a special thank you to Nat and his team for their attentiveness and warmth. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly (a must in the heat), the beds were great, and the daily housekeeping kept everything feeling fresh and relaxing. The breakfast buffet was outstanding—easily one of the best we’ve experienced. There was an incredible variety of options, all fresh, well-prepared, and consistently replenished. The pool and beach areas were equally fantastic. Many guests have private pool villas, which meant the main pool was never crowded and easy to enjoy, especially with a toddler. The baby pool was a thoughtful and much-appreciated addition. We also attended one of the resort’s special buffet celebration nights, which we highly recommend. The food was excellent, and the live entertainment—including fire dancers, music, and traditional performances—made for a memorable evening. Overall, this was a relaxing, family-friendly trip!"

"We truly felt like we were in the heart of the jungle, with all the positives you would expect that to bring, and a few negatives too. The sights and sounds of the wildlife are inescapable and breathtaking, with memorable views particularly at sun up or sun down. Some of the facilities are at the mercy of the elements, with ‘outdoor feeling’ shower and bathroom. There were very minor communication difficulties around the breakfast ordering. The menu seems to be updated every day, and is a series of dishes from hot ‘Americano style’ eggs and bacon, to a granola and yogurt course and a fruit platter. The food was excellent, but didn’t offer choice so fussy eaters may struggle at breakfast. Navigating the property with its slightly precarious walkways and steps would be next to impossible for those with physical disabilities, but disorder a Robinson Crusoe type feel. "
