"The room was good and clean, everything worked. However, we were put on the top floor- they keep the floodlights outside on all night- the curtains don ’t keep this light out. We complained many times but they would not turn the lights out. If you book here, stay a couple of floors down otherwise you’ll get a floodlit room. Top floor? Reject it Immediately. Staff didn’t turn lights out and they are only to light up the side of the building. A very annoying stay :( "

"If you use Google Map, it will be difficult to find the entrance; the owner of the B&B is very nice and will wait for you even if you arrive late;
There is no phone in the room, so if there is a problem, there is no way to contact, and the hot water takes a long time to wait and is not very stable;
The advantage of a single-family house is that it is quiet and you can sleep well. There are not many breakfast options, but you can still eat enough.

"The hotel property was very attractive and the pool was beautiful, the king size was hard as a rock and the rooms were a little dated and tired, some mold/mildew in the tubs.
We were there for the annual monkey festival (last weekend in Nov) and by far the best way to get there is by baht bus on the main road (7 baht) rather than the 200 or more they want for private cab. There are no taxis like in bangkok or tuk tuks. Beware the baht busses don't run in the evening."
