"The price was so reasonable, I was skeptical about the facility. This was one of the cleanest, safest hotels I have ever stayed in. It was walking distance to great restaurants and shops."

"This property needs work. The room was dirty some of the towels were dingy and old. The floors and sink and bathrooms seem to be the only remodeled for the hotel. To be nice location around food and shop areas hotel did not come up to normal standards. The lady at front desk was the nicest and most respectful person. "

"Facilities are old, staff attentive at check in but not at check out. Like the pool and bbq area. Convenient to see the clingstones baseball, church, 2nd in Charles and whitewater rafting. "
