Search Hotels by Independent in Phi Mô

"None of the staff spoke English. The hotel was 30 kilometers from Hanoi. On my hotel search, I specially requested hotels in Hanoi. This hotel should not have come up on my search. I wasted my entire Vietnam stay. I am very disappointed and angry with the Expedia site. "
