"Check in easy and clerk gave excellent dining recommendations. Room floor not as clean as should have been. Previous guest left food in the refrigerator. Breakfast adequate. A/C would not allow continuous fan. Still a good value. "
"I was in town for Karen Wheaton Conference at The Ramp for my first time. I was extremely pleased with the Kind and friendly customer service, I was pleased with the breakfast and room was very clean housekeeping kept my room clean very safe environment no worries. I will be Staying here again in the future "
"The room itself was fine, was pretty disappointed with my shower my entire stay. My water didn’t get hot for showers until our check out day, where there was a plumber there fixing something. I had my do not disturb on the door and got disturbed by staff either by phone call or knocking at the door to ask us for the towels - not to clean our room but to get our towels every morning by 10am but Saturday morning. The do not disturb was not on the door anytime we left, and we weren’t there but to sleep really. But they decided to wake me up out of the bed every morning with my do not disturb sign on the door. Then when I left they “forgot” I had paid a cash deposit for my room on the first day, and my paperwork was literally sitting infront of the receptionist with the words “cash deposit” on it. The people were nice, don’t get me wrong. But they sure don’t seem to care about what their customers ask for. "
"The room and accommodations were as described prior to booking. The location and area was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was fresh and the room was very clean even though we do extra wiping with disinfect and sanitary wipes. The staff was remarkably helpful and friendly. Everything we needed to accomplish was within a 5 miles radius, even the local Walmart. Thank you and we'll be returning again hopefully in October. "
"We were in room 102. This room was unacceptable! Entrance door had a large gap at the bottom, long mirror was not clean fingerprints, room smelled of animal feces. I stay at this hotel often. I would like a credit for my stay.
"
"Parking was good. Room was reasonably clean. The toilet lid was only held on by 1 bolt which almost resulted in a fall, water from the shower ran out into the bathroom, the microwave was just sitting in the hole for it, unplugged "
