"The front desk was never at the front desk. Felt like a ghost town. I called ahead of time and asked if the pool was opened, I was told yes. It was not. Very green. The room was damp. Any paperwork I took out was damp. I kept my socks on, they got damp, I was there for 3 nights, I received 2 towels, one washcloth and one hand towel. It just was not a cozy stay at all. I stayed here on business and I would not book this hotel if it was for a vacation."

"We had a little bit of a misunderstanding at check-in, which left me a little confused, but when we checked out the next morning, everything was explained and we were taken care of. The hotel staff that we dealt with, was outgoing polite/respectful and helpful."
