Apartments in Philadelphia County

"Nice place"

"Its location is perfect "

"Great experience and great location"

"Great location. You can tell with the new appliances and tile that it was recently remodeled. Used flat light paint that shows every mark and you can smell if someone is smoking else where in the building. There were two flights of small steep stairs to get to the apartment."

"This property is a Monet… from afar it’s beautiful but up close it’s a mess. There was only two cups in the room. The bed was hard and the pillows were old and hard. The room was clean however, it wasn’t properly taken care of."

"Headed to Philly for World Cup and this location was perfect for our stay. It’s a locals atmosphere. Tight parking but we found some. Would highly recommend"

"Very disappointing experience. The apartment was dirty, with unclean carpets and sofa, bugs, a broken door, and poorly washed kitchen utensils. We had to leave immediately after checking in and book a hotel instead. Definitely not the condition expected for the price."

"Roof top access with pool is cool"

"This is a difficult review to write because the property itself had a lot of charm, and the neighborhood was fantastic. But that’s not enough to deal with roaches. My experience was significantly impacted by pest issues. I checked in after 6:00 PM and immediately saw a roach. I contacted management right away by phone and email and provided photos and videos. Because there was a major festival in the area, I was unable to find alternative accommodations that evening. Later that night, after...

"It was dirty. There were bugs. The photos were not of the actual unit. It was disgusting!! We left an hour after we arrived. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!"

"Conveniently close to everything. Super spacious and clean. Great host, super cute room and very comfortable bed. The view is spectacular and the balcony hang out area was a cool place to chill at the end of th day. Be mindful there is no elevator and the stairs are very narrow and there is a third party verification app used where you will have to leave a deposit. (Refunds prompt after stay) Many thanks!!"

"I was under the impression when they said that there was space for 3 people in the room that there would be space for 3 people. I only really needed space for two people, but I figured I would be safe. There was hardly space for one person. The Queen bed is a bit undersized (I would consider that a Full) and the Sofa bed is not a bed. If you want a cheap place near Rittenhouse Square and don't have high expectations, sure you can for sure stay here."
