"Stayed here for the weekend for the Broad Street Run. The staff was awesome, affable and always available. The room was clean and sound proof. Great location with a myriad of restaurant options. Would highly recommend this hotel. — Solebury 5/2026"

"Worked for concert"

"Sorely when I did the check out arpound 630 , only a young lady with the Name Amani or Armani was totally cranky... I did request her help in adding Company information , Tax Id to my room invoice m. She didnt want to do it from the beginning arguing she didnt know how to do it, and that she coyuldnt change what was iun the system... and she spoke to Malek... he told her how to do it and magically in few minutes must likely she pooled the information from my Bonvoy account or she was incredible quick to include the information reading from my phone... but with a very bad attitude.... after arguing and discussing I had 1 room ready I asked her to do the same on 2 more reservations... and then she flipped out... and asked me to write the information on a paper because she didnt want to help anymore and after discussion she went into the restaurant for coffe so I went back to her asking her for help... but she started to scream ... I was only asking for service and then with the scream the chef came out and I explained to him what was going on so he saw that I was only asking for help by this lady was not willing to help again on the other rooms and she left 650 ... so sorely I need to say that this is not expected ... "
