"Parking is $32/day and the off site lot is 2 blocks from hotel down a steep hill. Halls are smelly and hot. Tiny rooms have constant weird sounds from plumbing?? Pillows are devoid of any fill. Mini fridge didn't work.
Clearly, Hilton now has Motel 6 standards."

"I didn't use the Bar, or in-room food service. The coffee set up in the lobby each morning was nice and they even had my almond milk! They went above and beyond and brought a coffee machine up to my room for my last night at the hotel--wonderful!
I did a do-not-disturb every other day, and when I let them back in, they left my room spotless.
My husband was in the hospital and we didn't know when he would be released. The staff, and a flexible clause, worked with me so patiently as I changed go...

"It’s so unfortunate that I have to leave this tone of a review.
First this is a beautiful and chic boutique hotel. I was blown away by the architecture and atmosphere.
Unfortunately during dinner I constantly saw mice running around. Bartenders confirmed that exterminators have been out but haven’t been able to resolve the issue.
It’s truly disheartening because I would love to return for the amenities and lavish room stay.
Hopefully they can manage their rodent issue soon.
