"Average hotel with great beach location and great views from our top floor room and the Mix rooftop bar. Service is inconsistent and not the greatest. Food is average at best and inferior to our experience on the French side of St. Martin. The beach has plenty of beach chairs, but the hotel makes it a challenge to exchange towels by only allowing this at the concierge stand during certain hours - there should be towel kiosks at the beach."

"Our room was clean and the microwave and fridge was perfect for breakfast in our room. While the room was a nice size the beds were close to the bathroom door not allowing you to open the door all the way."

It is a run down mess, it is in a very poor state from cleanliness, beds, smell of mould from AC, to no view, and total misconceptions of what you are getting for a hotel stay.
