"The Artist Guesthouse is located in the heart of Phnom Penh. The staff, who speak both French and English (in addition to Vietnamese), were friendly and helpful. They will provide you with an excellent map to help you navigate the city. Remork & tuk-tuk drivers can be found everywhere, so if you need to go further than your feet will take you, it's easy to arrange. I was given a room in the back, which was peaceful and quiet.
