You can get better rooms at lower prices

Place was so old and it doesn't even resemble the photos in the website. Dim lights.. squeaky fans... broken aircon

nice place if getting on a bit. could probably do with refurbishment. great location and gardens

Oasis in PP desert

Superior access in the heart of PP. Yes the facilities are bit old, but it holds plenty of green garden where you could hear birds tweeting. Size of the pool is swimable too whereas most other boutique hotels have merely big baths. No restaurant but there are many Cafes within walking distance. Need more comfortable beds.
