Good property

We were only there for one night and it was just after a typhoon. The staff was so accommodating we all said we'll be back.

We booked this in error thinking it was in Hanoi. But Hanoi is about hour taxi ride from there. Luckily, the hotel was brilliant and we visited the most beautiful Monastery high in mountains, beautiful lake and the stunning village where the clouds touch the buildings as it’s so high up , tam dao. These turned out to be our fav places !’ The hotel , staff, food, service is immaculate! Also have lovely outdoor pool and jacuzzi’. We found out it’s mainly a business hotel but we loved every min...

Clean room, amazing host, great airport shuttle, highly recommend

Nice large rooms and clean. Staff very friendly and about 8mins taxi ride to airport. Nice English breakfast included, with OJ and slices of orange. I would recommend that the hotel turn off the bell that goes off each time lift comes to a floor. That was the only negative point. Otherwise a great hotel. Would be useful to have a snack machine available for late arrivals.

Great big room, huge shower, great location and a bargain price. Comfortable beds and great staff. A great free transfer in a comfortable car to the airport. What more can you want!

Only stayed overnight before catching a bus to Sapa. Great for a quick overnight stay. Clean and comfortable and the brekky was tasty.

We stayed in this property for 3days with my family last September 25-27,2026, we enjoyed our stay there because it was awesome @ quiet place to rest from hectic schedules, we enjoyed our breakfast every morning. We are so thankful for Mr. Eric who helped us facilitate our daily tours, excellent trips. We salute you Mr. Eric for job well done. I highly recommend this place for everyone who wants to visit Hanoi

Had a great sleep after arriving at midnight from London. Staff very helpful. Meant we didn't have to start looking for a hotel at that time and started afresh after the welcome sleep.
