"Everything was great! A wonderful spot off the main road - super quiet and relaxing. Loved the nightly fire pit and breakfast each am. Really nice people and staff. Will be back! "

"Came from Long Island, liked the property & room design. Didn’t get to enjoy the Russian Mule, but place was busy on Saturday and food smelled great. Further than we thought from the Bethel amphitheater but not that far. All in all a lovely place to stay."
"Super cute, we stayed in the main house. The old charm the house has made it even more cozy. Bed was very comfortable. Super friendly staff, and even a feline greeter who was happy to recieve pets. Would highly recommended and would stay again! "

"We were in the area for an event at Belleayre Mountain. The location was extremely convenient. Our stay was very comfortable and our hostess, Tanya, was friendly and welcoming. Her breakfasts each day were freshly prepared and delicious. We would definitely return to this property in the future."
"Pretty new hotel in excellent condition. I had a studio with a nice kitchen, sitting area, and king sized bed. Nice sized bathroom, with a walk in shower (with excellent water pressure.) Very quiet room.
The area has many shopping centers. My room looked on the back and side of a Target, and I think this added to the quiet at night.
Excellent front desk staff. Very good laundry room with 4 washers and 6 dryers. Each $2.50 in quarters, but front desk staff can give you change.

"We are local, but needed a place to stay while our house was having some work done. We were so excited to see The Overlook was open, and I'm even more excited that we booked! They're still finishing the property so not all rooms are available, but I can't wait to visit when they're all done! Beautiful rooms, kind and flexible owners - a must-stay if you're in Saugerties! The luxurious bathrooms are a huge bonus!"

"The beds were very comfortable and clean. We slept so well! The room was very clean, and the hotel was nice.
Check in was very easy, and the personnel were friendly and courteous."
"Really nice breakfast with oatmeal make your own waffles eggs etc. Beds were comfortable and pillows were very fluffy. Coffee in the foyer area at all times. The hotel was set back from road so gps was having a little trouble. The street was basically a franchise row with a cvs next door. Pool and small gym also there. "
