Very good hospitality by the staff, very clean place, highly recommended for those who have a quick trip to Phoenix downtown as it is well connected to all routes and the airport.

Renovations were being completed so going to give grace. No mirror in the room but added when we asked for one. Not many plugs in the room to charge devices, we ended up having to unplug the tv and microwave so items could be charged. It was good for what you pay for. Due to the renovations the floors were pretty dirty so we ended up wearing shoes/at least socks the good majority. It was a place to sleep for the night.

The area felt a bit unsafe but the hotel itself was safe and very comfortable. The front desk lady was so nice and I enjoyed my stay very much

The room was clean and neat. The front desk was efficient and kind. For the price, this stay was better than expected. If someone is looking to experience downtown Phoenix, this hotel is right there.

Lady on reception was lovely. Room was clean with a comfortable bed. Towels were tiny. No coffee available anywhere. The area didn’t feel safe. The door frame in our room had obviously been broken and not replaced so could easily have been broken into again. Very noisy with traffic and homeless.

Cozy Downtown Motel

Surprisingly pleasant downtown motel. Excellent location and comfortable space at a reasonable cost. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others traveling on a budget.

This hotel was quaint, unique, clean, and perfect location. The worker put us in a room that had a balcony and was amazing! We sat out on the balcony for hours in the evening and morning watching people and enjoying our stay. Will definitely stay here again!

The price was good, but it's obvious this property cuts corners to maintain profits. The front desk clerk who ran the evening shift was nice and the location was super close to the venue. For a place to crash for a single night, this property was worth it's value

It was close to chase field . The a/c was working at first told the person at the front desk he came and looked at looked at it pushed a few buttons and got it working for us. The room was clean the bed were comfy .stayed one night.
